Live Agent ID Verification
All BruntWork agents are human-verified against government issued identification documents over a live video call. BruntWork’s Staff Services team retains copies of submitted ID documents securely on file in the event of an issue arising.
As part of standard procedures, all BruntWork agents also sign legally binding non-disclosure obligations and undertakings to abide by our IT and security policies that comply with BruntWork’s certifications in ISO 27001, HIPAA and SOC2 where applicable.
ISO, HIPAA and SOC 2 Certified
BruntWork has been assessed and approved by QAS International to ISO 27001:2013* management systems, standards and guidelines (Certificate No. AIT1018).
Our internal processes have also been independently assessed by BQSR Quality Assurance to conform with HIPAA certification requirements (Certificate No. BQSR22907).
An Independent Service Auditors report has confirmed compliance with SOC Type (Report: AS20240914).

Continuous biometric detection protects against:
- Physical persona spoofing,
- Unknown user screen peeking and
- External device recording (using a phone/camera to externally record a screen)
Breaches automatically trigger the agent’s webcam to commence recording, for audit and investigation by BruntWork’s QA and security team.
