Fly2Health Group is a leading Australian healthcare provider dedicated to bridging the gap between high-quality therapy services and remote or underserved communities. By utilising their own fleet of private aircraft, they “fly in and fly out” multidisciplinary teams of clinicians—including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists—to regions that otherwise lack consistent access to care.
Operational Support
Starting with their first agent to handle day to day admin, including liasing with clients, scheduling and finance functions, Fly2 Health aimed to work with BruntWork to build a team that could acheive its ‘gold standard’ outcomes for its clients.
Team Growth
Following the success using BruntWork for its original admin support, additional and more specialised roles were added across Client Engagement, Grant Writing, HR and finance roles.
Taking advantage of BruntWork’s flexible contracting model, additional admin support was also added for weekend coverage work.
Since partnering with BruntWork in November 2024, our business capacity has expanded in ways we didn’t initially anticipate. Starting with one contractor in client services, we now have contractors supporting various departments, including finance, administration, human resources, and communications. Our BruntWork contractors and account representatives are professional, hardworking, and work with us to meet Fly2 Health’s business needs.
