Holiday
Schedule
Agent will follow client
holiday schedule.
Holidays are unpaid unless
considered paid by clients.
You can request them to
work on specific holiday, as
needed.
Leaves
Full-time agents start earning paid leaves after three months.
Under our standard leave system, agents accrue 8 hours of leave credits per month.
Extra Hours
If available, our agents
may render extra hours.
Extra hours must have your
permission in order for
them to get paid.
Extra hours rate is the
agent’s rate per hour in the
agreement.
Pay Changes,

Contractual
Annual Pay
Increase
An annual 5% increase in
agent fees and security
deposit is initiated on your
contract’s anniversary.
You have the option to
provide more than 5% of
annual increase.

Client-Initiated
Pay Increase
Pay changes should be
discussed to the Client
Success Manager first.

Commission
and Bonuses
Bonus, commission,
incentive can be submitted
via Client Portal.
Our Agents receive 100%
of the submitted bonus.
Parting Ways
Cancellation
of Services
To cancel services with
your agent/s, you need to
give us 30-day written
notice.
If 30-day termination
notice is provided, your
security deposit is utilized against any outstanding invoices.
Substitution
Agents under a
probationary period (<90
days) can be replaced at
any time with no notice
period required.
After 90 days, a 14-day
notice is required for
agent replacement.
If you’ll be terminating an
agent without replacing,
the 30-day notice period
applies.
Deposit
Application
or Forfeiture
When replacing the agent,
the security deposit will be
applied to the replacement.
Failure to provide a
termination notice results
to the forfeiture of the
security deposit.

Leave and

After 90 days, the staff starts accruing

reduce churn and absences.
At 180 days in, we recommend

(in your country).
