- Finding and recruiting your agents is completely free
- Only pay the hourly rate once you hire and they start working according to their work schedule
- We’ll send you a monthly invoice based on their total hours worked
- After you submit the form above, we’ll
- Before we can onboard your agent we’ll require payment of a Security Deposit, equaling the first month service fee.
- This is not a prepayment, and we’ll refund it in full on service termination if all relevant notice periods are provided and invoices fully paid.
- You can terminate and replace your agent with a new one at any time in the first 90 days at no cost.
- After 90 days, agent replacement requires 14 days notice.
- If you aren’t replacing your agent, we’ll require 30 days written notice to terminate their role.
- You’ll have a BruntWork Client Success Manager or Support Team access (for Part-Time hired agents) to assist you from onboarding, timesheet issues, billing support and additional recruiting.
- Your agent will be dedicated to you within their work schedule, so you can train and manage them to your operations and processes directly.
