Fully Managed Set Up & Ongoing Support
If you opt into BruntCall, our IT team will set your agent up with an included VOIP phone number.
It costs just USD $0.60 on top of your agent’s hourly rate, plus flat outbound call and SMS rates above the free included charges each month (see below).
BruntWork’s IT team will set up and configure the account on your behalf for your agent, and provide ongoing technical support.
Note: we’ll require your company information and a business website to set up a VOIP account via our calling partner JustCall, as the phone numbers will be registered to your business.
Call, SMS Inclusions & Rates
- 1 included local phone number – AU/US/CA/NZ/UK available.
- 500 outbound minutes included per month, then USD $0.04 per minute for each additional minute over.
- 250 free SMS segments included per month, then $0.02 per SMS segment over.
Call Logs and Analytics
You’ll have access to calling account data included call and SMS logs, recordings and analytics.
